The pattern for these loop stitch booties is found in a very old book calle "Wee Moderns" by Spinnerin I believe it was published in the 50's or 60's I have been making these for over 30 years. They are adorable to give as shower gifts. They are made with baby fingering yarn and a size 1 crochet hook. Everybody loves them.
