Good News

Hi All--got good news from my radiologist today--I am cancer free. Now if I could get over this cold and quit coughing--LOL. He is going to schedule an MRI of the brain to check for mets. If there are mets of course they would be treated. If not he will do a preventative mild radiation to the brain. It is time to celebrate here. Love ya all and thx for all your thoughts and prayers. Happy Knitting

Hi Chris---I have been trying to hunt you down after seeing your post about "Loop Stitch Booties". When my son was born in 1974 a friend of my Mother's made me a pair. She promised me the pattern---she died before that happened. I have spent years looks for these booties. Now, I can not find the out of print book. this is my email destinyhh@yahoo.com if you can help me out. I am glad you are feeling better. I am a dietitian and cancer patients find the flavor of "lemon" very helpful. If you have any other question---please feel free to ask. Destiny
